Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust's talented team of Costume Interpreters, working within The Costume Project, have designed, produced and delivered a number of new costumes to the National Trust's Lanhydrock Estate.
The costumes are inspired by those that might have been worn by the children of the estate's Rathbone family, who we're known to enjoy putting on their own theatrical performances for family and friends.
Alison Phillips, Senior Costume Interpreter at The Costume Project said "The Lanhydrock project is great fun and we very specifically tried to make them very colourful and attractive". She added, "They're just really fun costumes, So i really hope people have a great time trying them on".
The set of 7 unique costumes is now available for visitors to Lanhydrock to try on, with costumes suitable for everyone from the ages of 6 to 16.
