The Pass & The Pass PLus Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions on which we sell The PASS & The PASS PLUS tickets. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you purchase the tickets from us as they tell you who we are and on what basis you are purchasing the tickets.

THE PASS AND PASS PLUS
- are valid for daytime admission to each of the Ironbridge Gorge Museums for 12 months from the date of purchase during normal opening hours excluding the Victorian Christmas event at Blists Hill Victorian Town
- are only valid for the person named at the time of purchase
- are non-transferable
- must be presented to gain admission to the museums
- are not valid for ticketed or evening events - check page for relevant event on our website for details
- are not valid for educational visits for health and safety reasons
For a Family PASS or PASS PLUS:
- a Family Annual Pass can include up to 4 children
- children, up to and including the age of 16, currently living with you or your partner
- your grandchildren, up to and including the age of 16, living with your son or daughter
- you will be asked to confirm the number of children in your family, up to a maximum of 4, at the time of purchase. This will be the maximum number of children you can bring using this Annual PASS PLUS Ticket for the next 12 months
- the adults using a Family PASS PLUS must be named at the time of purchase
- for Family Annual PASS PLUSes purchased online, the number of children, up to a maximum of 4, should be confirmed at the time of the first visit at the museum. This cannot be done online
- children can only visit using a Family Annual Pass when the named adults on the ticket are visiting with them
T&Cs applicable to the PASS PLUS only:
- PASS PLUS holders get additional benefits to PASS holders:
- 10% off discount in catering outlets and shops
- Free parking (see specific T&Cs below)
- Discounts on tickets for special events
- Fast-track entry
T&Cs applicable to free parking for PASS PLUS holders:
- PASS PLUS holders must still use the on-site parking machines. On arrival at the admissions desk at any of our sites they will be given a voucher with a code that they will have to enter into the parking machine before they leave. It will not be possible to cancel penalty notices sent to PASS PLUS holders who do not scan their voucher before departure. The parking voucher issued by the admissions desk is valid for that day only.
- Free parking for PASS PLUS holders is only during museum opening hours between 8am and 6pm.
- Free parking is only available for those with an Adult or Family PASS PLUS.
- Free parking for PASS PLUS holders is only valid on IGMT car parks. For example, it is not valid on the car parks outside the Museum of the Gorge or the Iron Bridge Tollhouse, which do not belong to IGMT.
- Free parking is not provided to PASS PLUS holders for evening or ticketed events.
SINGLE SITE TICKETS
- are valid for a single daytime visit to a specific museum, named on the ticket, within the Ironbridge Gorge Museum group during normal opening hours
- are only valid for the person named at the time of purchase
- are non-transferable
- must be presented, along with an additional form of identification if requested, to gain admission to the relevant museum
- are not valid for evening events, workshops, activities and some events
- are not valid for educational visits for health and safety reasons
Direct Debit renewal process
- We will contact you approximately one month before your annual pass is due for renewal, detailing the expiry date of your current pass and any further actions you may need to take in order to continue to use it
- If you have signed up by Direct Debit we will automatically renew your pass after 12 months and the subscription fee will be collected for the upcoming period unless you notify us that you do not wish to renew by the date stated in your renewal email
- To cancel your annual pass at this time, please contact us at contactus@ironbridge.org.uk and we will confirm the action in writing
- If you wish to cancel your annual pass after the deadline given in your renewal notification, refunds cannot be given
- You can also cancel a Direct Debit any time by contacting your bank or building society. Please also notify us so that we can keep your membership account up to date
- If payment is unable to be collected at time of renewal we reserve the right to refuse entry and revoke the annual pass
- We will contact you approximately one month before your annual pass is due for renewal, detailing the expiry date of your current pass and any further actions you may need to take in order to continue to use it. We will also notify you at this stage if there are changes to the amount involved, payment date or frequency of your Direct Debit
Change in details
- If your personal details change throughout the course of your Direct Debit (such as a change in name, telephone number, address or email), please notify us by emailing directdebits@ironbridge.org.uk so that we can ensure your account and contact details are kept up to date
Direct Debit sign up incentives
- Any discounts or promotions offered as an incentive for signing up by Direct Debit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Children are aged 5-16
- Students are aged 17 and over, in full time education (a student card or similar is required)
- All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on site
- Additional costs apply for some workshops, activities and events
- Lost tickets will not be replaced and refunds will not be given
- Opening and closing times, admission prices and events are subject to change without prior notice. For technical/operational reasons entire attractions or facilities within The Ironbridge Gorge Museums may be unavailable, closed or removed at any time without prior notice
- Failure to present a valid Annual PASS or Single Site Ticket will result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ admission rate, which will be non-refundable
- All tickets remain the property of The Ironbridge Gorge Museums and can be withdrawn and access denied in the event of fraud, misuse or misconduct. The Management reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason
- All tickets for the Ironbridge Gorge Museums are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party
- All tickets for the Ironbridge Gorge Museums are non-refundable.
- All benefits and discounts associated with tickets for the Ironbridge Gorge Museums may be removed or altered at any time
- By purchasing any tickets for the Ironbridge Gorge Museums you agree to all the terms and conditions of use
Madeley Wood Co. Outdoor Adventure
- Madeley Wood Co. Outdoor Adventure is operated by The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust Ltd

- Use of all Madeley Wood Co. Outdoor adventure equipment requires adult supervision, please accompany the children in your care
- Play equipment in this area is intended for use by children 12 years old or younger. Some weight restrictions apply which is indicated on signs adjacent to the play equipment
- Dogs on a lead are welcome on the footpaths, in the covered seating area and seating area on the grass. Please do not take dogs into play equipment areas
- Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in the Outdoor Adventure
- CCTV is in operation at the Outdoor Adventure
