Steampunk Weekend

For two days this July you can experience the eclectic world of Steampunk at Blists Hill Victorian Town as the streets are transformed into The Town That Never Was, combining sci-fi and Victoriana.

For this special weekend, organised by The Ministry of Steampunk, Blists Hill Victorian Town will be given a science fiction twist as Steampunk fans arrive to celebrate a neo-Victorian scientific fantasy.

We'll be combining old with new by reimagining today’s technology powered by nineteenth century steam. Grab your goggles, dress to impress in your Steampunk finery and join in the fun!

Dates: Saturday 5 June and Sunday 6 July

Timings: From 10am until 5pm

Location: Blists Hill Victorian Town

No pre-booking necessary. Standard entry to Blists Hill Victorian Town required. Admission is free for PASS and PASS PLUS holders, and Friends of IGMT.

PASS PLUS holders and Friends of IGMT can park in our IGMT car park for free when attending this event by validating their PASS PLUS at the front desk when they arrive.
