Get up close with modern telescopes
On the first Saturday of each month, members of Wolverhampton Astronomical Society will be in our free temporary exhibition, From Stars to Cells: The Life of Iron, giving you the opportunity to see up close modern telescopes and learn how they work, and find out more about space and stars.
This free temporary exhibition explores the science of iron, taking visitors on a journey from iron's origins in space billions of years ago through to its use by humankind and in the Ironbridge Gorge.
