Clay Workshops - Resolution Rattles
Join us at Coalport China Museum over the Christmas holidays to create a Resolution Rattle from clay.
A Resolution Rattle is a great way to ensure you stick to your New Year's resolution! You'll...
- Create your air-dry clay container in one of our drop-in workshops
- Insert a slip of paper with your resolution written on it
- Add a few beads or dried peas
You can then take your rattle home, where it will be ready to paint a few days later. When your willpower weakens you give the rattle a shake to remind you of your resolution.
This workshop is £2 per person, plus standard museum entry. All equipment will be provided and our experienced team will be on hand to guide your creation.
Timings: From 11am until 3pm
Dates: From Saturday 21 December until Sunday 5 January, excluding 24, 25 and 26 December
Location: Long Workshop, Coalport China Museum
No booking required. This is a drop-in workshop.
Our painting area will also be open from 10am until 4pm with a range of decorative slip cast items available to paint.
PASS PLUS holders and Friends of IGMT can park in our IGMT car park for free when attending this activity by validating their PASS PLUS at the front desk when they arrive.
