To collect your pre-booked ticket (single site or an annual pass) on arrival at Blists Hill Victorian Town please join the queue on the right-hand side and staff will process your order and issue your tickets. The Fast Track entrance is for existing PASS PLUS ticket holders.

The PASS PLUS gives a year of unlimited days out at Ironbridge Valley of Invention's 10 museums. Whether your loved ones would enjoy stepping back in time and experiencing the sights and sounds of Victorian England at Blists Hill Victorian Town, getting hands-on with science and engineering at Enginuity, gazing in wonder at decorative china and tiles at Coalport China Museum or Jackfield Tile Museum, or learning about iron and the beginnings of the Industrial Revolution in Coalbrookdale, the PASS PLUS is the perfect gift to be enjoyed all year round. 

With a PASS PLUS they can enjoy

When you buy your gift PASS PLUS you can choose to select postage and we will then send a Gift Voucher and Welcome Pack in the post. Please make sure you give us the address you want us to send to at the order stage. The recipient of your gift will need to show their Gift Voucher on arrival at any of the Museums to exchange for a full PASS PLUS. Their PASS PLUS ticket/s will be valid for one year from the date of collection.

If you do not select postage you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number. The voucher can then be redeemed by taking the order number to the ticket desk at one of our sites. 

Upgrade to get more

If you are already a ticket holder and would like to upgrade to a PASS or PASS PLUS you can do so quickly and easily on your next visit.

PASS ticket holders can upgrade to a PASS PLUS at any time and start enjoying 10% off in our catering outlets and shops, free parking, fast-track entry, and priority booking and discounts to our special events (including our popular Christmas events). NB Owners of a PASS purchased using the 30% discount offer in September 2024 can upgrade their PASS until Sunday 3 November 2024.

Please note the expiry date of your new PASS PLUS ticket will match your current expiry date.

How do I upgrade to a PASS or PASS PLUS?

Single ticket holders can upgrade to a PASS or PASS PLUS within a month of visiting.

PASS ticket holders can upgrade to a PASS PLUS at any time. 

Simply upgrade at one of our ticket desks on your next visit.

I’ve lost my PASS PLUS card, how do I get a replacement?

When you next visit one our of sites we can print a replacement card as long as you bring along proof of ID.

How do I renew my PASS PLUS?

You can renew your PASS PLUS online a month before its due to expire – simply enter your surname and ticket ID on our ticketing portal. Alternatively visit one of our ticket desks.

Why do I need my photograph taken when I purchase a PASS or PASS PLUS?

Each named ticket holder is required to have their photo taken to validate their PASS or PASS PLUS and prevent misuse. This image, along with personal details, will be held by the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust in line with our Data Protection policy.

Photographs are stored on our secure ticketing system only and will not feature on the ticket itself.

How do I use my 10% discount in the catering outlets and shops

Simply show your valid PASS PLUS card to a member of our catering or retail team at the point of transaction and they will apply the discount. Please note discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

How will I hear about the discounts for special events

As a PASS PLUS member we’ll update you about priority booking for special events and discounts via email.

The Friends of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum (reg. charity no 518657) exist to support the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust and its mission to protect the fascinating stories of innovation and invention that took place in the Ironbridge Gorge, the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century.
