We’re inviting all mums to come to Blists Hill Victorian Town as our guest on Sunday 26 March when they can enjoy a Victorian-style Mother’s Day. Admission to the Victorian Town will be free for mothers, when accompanied by another full-paying adult, on that day.
Find out more about the history of Mothering Sunday with our family trail around the Town and drop-in to our fun workshop and make your own floral rosette (£2 per rosette, 11am-1pm & 2pm-4pm). Explore the Town’s quaint shops and cottages, chatting to the Victorian Townsfolk as you go. Buy a slice of traditional Simnel Cake from the Bakery or colour-in a Victorian-style Mother’s Day card.
To make the day extra special, pre-book your mum a decadent Victorian High Tea, including a glass of Prosecco, delicious sandwiches, pastries and cream-filled scones along with a pot of Earl Grey tea for an additional £15.50 per person. Afternoon tea needs to be pre-booked by calling 01785 252247 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
An admission ticket is required to take part in all activities.
