As part of Museums at Night, the late night festival of arts, culture, and heritage, Enginuity, one of the ten Ironbridge Gorge Museums, will be opening its doors on Saturday evening, 14th May for a free family event.
Visitors of all ages are being invited to join in a fun workshop session that will make use of Enginuity’s state-of-the-art Fab Lab design and manufacture facility.
The event, which runs from 5.30pm until 9pm, is also a great opportunity for everyone to experience the giant techno exhibits in Enginuity. Discover how a little ingenuity will empower you to pull a 10 ton locomotive by hand, generate electricity from flowing water, build an earthquake proof tower or challenge our robotic arm to test the speed of your reactions.
There's also a play area for smaller children and a shop packed with great science, design and technology inspired toys.
